Analyse Scotland is the new system from Inform Commercial Property, based upon the best selling Analyse 7 non-domestic rating information system for England and Wales.

  • The Integrated Scottish Rating List (ISRL) of 2000 and 2005 Rating List entries in the same database (and soon to have 2010 Draft List too). This enables all the relevant rateable values to be seen on one simple screen and printed in one detailed report.

  • List Builder function enables you to load and save previously searched data from multiple searches. Useful in storing client portfolios, for checking changes and keeping lists of comparable properties for use in final negotiation, as well as making lists of properties for marketing purposes.
  • Full integration with the River Lake rating system. Sends assessments to River Lake for easy data input with no need for typing and with 100% accuracy.
  • Comes with free ‘Realise’ express edition software which can import a list of all assessments from River Lake and other systems, which are then matched by the Analyse Scotland databases and reports generated of every single change to the Rating List upon your clients' portfolios.
  • Analyse Scotland is the reference database for all Scottish assessments. No more time wasted searching the SAA website.
  • Enables searching across all property categories, for specific types, regardless of area.
  • Shows all assessments which have outstanding ‘Revaluation’ or ‘Other’ appeals. These features are also searchable.
  • Allows searching and shows data for all Historic Appeals, allowing you to see what has happened to each assessment in detail over the period of a List.
  • Data is held locally on your PC or Server with updates sent out monthly. No more website downtime.
  • The ability to split the database between occupied, deleted and vacant assessments enables other departments within property management companies to benefit from using the system too. e.g. An agency looking for vacant shops in Edinburgh.
